Note 11 – Subsequent Events
The Company has evaluated subsequent events through the date these condensed financial statements were issued and determined that there
were no significant unrecognized events through that date other than those noted below.
In July 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing that an aggregate of $115,000 had been deposited into the Company’s Trust Account in order to extend the period of time it has to consummate a business combination by an additional one month, from then
deadline of July 13, 2023 to August 13, 2023.
